The Ministry of Emergencies warned of strong winds and frost in Moscow

A strong wind with gusts of up to 15 meters per second and above will not subside in Moscow until 15:00 Tuesday, rescuers warn about traffic jams, RIA Novosti writes with reference to the capital's control of the Ministry of Emergencies.

"During the bad weather, there is a possibility of damage to the power lines, large -format, dilapidated and poorly fortified advertising structures leading to the bastard on the roads and damage to vehicles," the Ministry of Emergencies said.

As the rescue department clarifies, the wind with gusts of up to 15 meters per second and above will not subside until 15:00.

According to the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, on Tuesday, the temperature in the capital will be 15-17 degrees of frost. Variable cloud cover, in places light snow, is expected, ice is possible on the roads.

On Wednesday, according to forecasts, the temperature will drop a few more points and will be 18-20 degrees of frost.
