Unknown people broke into the apartment of the chairman of the Saratov NGO Partnership for Development, Olga Pitsunova. As established by the publication "Vzglyad-info", these were employees of the bailiff service. However, according to Pitsunova 's husband Andrei Pinchuk on Facebook, these people first called and closed the peephole with their fingers, then they said that they were from the post office, then they tried to break into the apartment, after that, when Pinchuk did not let them in, they began to hammer the door with their feet. They claimed that they wanted to give Pitsunova some kind of notice, while they refused to introduce themselves. The residents of the apartment did not contact the police. In the meantime, Pitsunova's heart became ill, but Pinchuk said that they could not call an ambulance, since people who were breaking into the apartment could enter with the doctor.
"Vzglyad-info" notes that in September last year, "Partnership for Development" was recognized as a "foreign agent." The court sentenced the organization and Pitsunova personally to a fine. At the end of last year, Pitsunova wrote a letter to the department of bailiffs with a request to indicate where to transfer the money. There was no answer. According to Pinchuk, "if they had just sent the paper, or handed it to me, we would have paid a long time ago."
