In Moscow, he, according to him, lives since September 2012. At the request of the ATS-Info, he spoke about the details of the detention (the conversation was carried out in English with a slight intra-sprace of Russian words).

Eight hours they did not give me water, I could not go to the toilet. The elders in the police, lawyers, different people told me that the judge could deport me. Here they write that I fought with the police (the protocol says that Alan “resisted”-OVD-info). This is impossible, because the growth of this riot police had at least two meters ten centimeters! How can I fight with them?! Here they write that I shouted something in Russian at a rally, like “freedom of Russia” (the protocol says that Alan “shouted the slogans“ Russia will be free ””-OVD-info). This is impossible, because I do not speak Russian.

Today I came to court, but there they said that my documents did not come there and that we must wait. But they did not say how much they should come.
