Such requirements for renting in Russia films are contained in the draft resolution prepared by the government. The resolution was supposed to enter into force on January 1, 2015, but this date was postponed due to delayed reviews of some ministries.

According to Didenko, such long weekends undermine both the budget and the health of Russians: “It turns out that from January 12, half a month remains ahead, but all the reserves are exhausted, there is no money, the entire limit is spent. And this affects internal family relationships. ”
