Ildar Dadin, sentenced on January 16 to 15 days of arrest under Article 19.3 (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), was taken to Special Detention Center No. 1 of the Moscow City Internal Affairs Directorate.
Earlier, Dadin said that he was attacked by a bailiff in court. As a result, the activist, as well as his defender, Alla Frolova, were reported for an offense under the second part of Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to comply with a lawful order of a bailiff). The Tver court also sentenced Dadin to a fine of 20 thousand rubles under the fifth part of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (violation of the established procedure for holding a public event by participants).
