Parliamentarians from Chechnya insist on punishment for close adult relatives of terrorists (the list will be specified in the adoption of the law) if there is a proven fact of assistance. Relatives of terrorists face punishment up to the conclusion and confiscation of property.
January 15, Thursday 16 people were detained during the action in support of Navalny on Manezhnaya Square. They are accused of disobedience to the police. According to the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate, about 500 people entered the square. More than half of them were representatives of the Prochrevsky Anti -Maidan movement, they fought with the opposition and dragged them to the autozaki. A correspondent of “Open Russia” Yegor Maksimov suffered at the hands of the police, he was beaten on the legs and back. “I have not seen the police behave so impudently and aggressively. In Russia, for the first time, the court appointed a “repeated” violation at the rally. Such a punishment is provided for by the law adopted in July 2014. Oppositionist Mark Halperin received 38 days for the fact that at first on January 10, he was detained during a single picket on Manezhnaya Square with a poster “Je Suis Charlie”. The Tver court of the capital considered it an “unauthorized rally”. On January 15, in the same place, Halperin made a “repeated violation” during the rally in support of Navalny.
