Fox will restart "Secret Materials"

The American television channel FOX announced the intention to revive the cult scientific and fiction series “Secret Materials” (The X-Files).

According to Deadline.com , the FOX TV leadership confirmed the information about the return of “secret materials”, and also said that negotiations are already underway in order to find out when the director Chris Carter and the main roles of David Dudina and Gillian Anderson have free time.

In the summer, Carter hinted at the possibility of restarting “secret materials”, talking about preliminary negotiations with the FOX channel and 20th Century Fox studio, which was engaged in the production of the original series.

“Secret materials” were published in 1993-2002, a total of 202 episodes were shot. The main characters of the series - the special agents of the FBI Fox Malder (Dukhovnia) and Dana Scully (Anderson) - are investigated by crimes associated with paranormal phenomena. By the time the “Secret Materials” ended were the longest science fiction series in the history of American television.
