Bastrykin: Permyakova will be judged in Armenia

Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, who killed a family of seven people in the Armenian city of Gyumri, will be judged in Armenia. On Sunday, on the seventh day after the murder, Vladimir Putin called Armenian President Serge Sargsyan and expressed condolences in connection with the tragedy.
