Rihanna wins lawsuit against Topshop

Singer Rihanna won a lawsuit against fashion chain Topshop, which illegally used the image of the singer on one of the T-shirt models. The London Court of Appeal upheld the ban on the use of her image.

In 2013, the singer won a dispute in the High Court of London with the British fashion brand Topshop. The store's lawyers argued that the T-shirt was simply decorated in this way, and the company had no intention of making it look like Rihanna approved the release of this model.

Rihanna filed a $5 million lawsuit against Topshop in 2013 over T-shirts that had a photo of her on them while filming a music video in 2011.
