A woman who tried to get a court ruling was detained

Nina Belyaeva, a former employee of City Hospital No. 7, was detained at the Simonovsky District Court when she tried to obtain a court ruling. Belyaeva was dismissed from the hospital, in her opinion, illegally, she is challenging this decision in court. OVD-Info was informed about her detention by journalist Alexander Zimbovsky. Currently, Belyaeva is in the Danilovsky police department. In court, she was accused of hooliganism, the police said that they would put her in jail for a long time.

According to Zimbovsky, this is not the first time Belyaeva has been detained for trying to get a court order. On July 24 last year, this ended for her with an administrative arrest, on October 29 she was kept in the police for a day, after which she was also sentenced to administrative arrest - 15 days.
