"Shock detachments against Putin": Expertise

The OVD-Info publishes examinations, on the basis of which the book “Shock Detachments against Putin” was somehow recognized as an extremist Frunze district court of Vladivostok. Although at the Primorsky Ministry of Justice and at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, experts came to the opposite conclusion.

“This book is one of the first works on the topic of modern terrorism and extremism in Russia based on a variety of documentary materials. The book discusses in detail the psychological, motivational and ideological aspects of modern terrorist and extremist practices, to some extent, the social conditions of the emergence of these destructive phenomena are shown, which confront the civil and political activity of Russian citizens. The work submitted for examination is not an extremist nature. Its materials can be used in the work of counteracting modern terrorism and extremism, ”the examination of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences says.

“There are no linguistic statements of an incentive nature (including in the form of calls), in the text under study,” the Ministry of Justice believes in the coastal minist.
