Tomorrow, under an obligation to appear, Galperin must appear by 15:00 at the Yakimanka police station, where his case has been transferred by court decision. From this moment the calculation of his second administrative term (30 days) will begin.
Earlier, Frolova told OVD-Info that the period of administrative arrest in the case of detention on January 15 (30 days), according to the court ruling, begins one day after the previous period. “All the official workers confirmed this to us; we visited the deputy head of the special detention center,” Frolova said.
Currently, a case has been filed against Galperin under Art. 212.1 of the Criminal Code - “Repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing”, he is also charged with the actions of January 10 and 15.
