The accident on the heating main in Rostov-on-Don: nine people are hospitalized with burns

Emergency brigades eliminated the breakthrough of the heating main at the intersection of Budennovsky Prospekt and Telman Street, nine people were hospitalized with burns, Interfax told in emergency services of the region.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, the accident was liquidated at 06:00 Moscow time. In the ambulance hospital N2 (BSMP-2) of the city of Rostov-on-Don were delivered with burns of the first and second degree nine people.

The reason for the burns was that the flows of hot water spread along several city streets, and pedestrians that walked along the sidewalks advanced directly into boiling water, noted in emergency services. Currently, the circumstances of the incident are established.
