The numbers given above are actually a sentence to Russian public consciousness. The question is quite simple: there are killers and there are victims. The question is, who is to blame? What (in whom) the reason? Not “what contributed to” or “what became the reason (pretext),” namely, “what is the reason” and “who is to blame”? People who have the guilt of the victim (went in a short skirt at night through the park), and not for killers - these are people with irreversible changes in consciousness. Such people, in principle, are not capable of solidarity, mutual assistance, even simple sympathy.

Among the Russians, judging by the survey, there are 72%of those who have guilty, first of all, on journalists (30%) or French authorities (42%). Only 13% of respondents are liable for killers.
