Anti -crisis march

Two-digit inflation, collapsible devaluation, record ($ 150 billion) Embarry of capital, reducing the income of citizens-all this is the result of Putin’s activities, with his aggression, inadequacy, with his model of thieves state-monopoly capitalism, based on the sale of raw materials.
The current crisis in Russia is unique. America is growing (+4%), China is growing (+7.4%), and even the European Union ended a year with a plus (+1.8%). And at this time, a crisis erupted in Russia: rating agencies reduce the country's rating, S&P has already declared it garbage. Inflation, judging by the beginning of 2015, can reach 30%.
The government is trying to fill in a crisis with money, allocating hundreds of billions of courts of courts (of 1.4 trillion anti -crisis rubles 550 billion , VTB, VEBU and Gazprombank have already been given money to support Rosneft . All these grimaces and jumps have nothing to do with the fight against the crisis. This is the treatment of pneumonia by aspirin. For citizens, the Putin struggle with the crisis will result in rising prices, unemployment and degradation of health and education.
We all perfectly understand that the true cause of the crisis is in a dead end political course. The regime existed relatively successfully exclusively thanks to expensive oil. Dear oil in the past, and the authorities, instead of changing the course, are advised to people less.
The opposition offers an absolutely intelligible plan to get out of the crisis. RPR-Parnas, "Party of Progress", "Party December 5" and "Solidarity" together with organizations and activists of the civil society initiate the anti-crisis march "Vesna" on March 1.
We are sure that as many people and organizations as possible in the preparation of this march should take part in the preparation of this march. If 10 thousand people take part in the preparation for the march, we will take at least 100-150 thousand to the street and it will not be possible to dismiss from our requirements. Here they are:

Political requirements :

- The unconditional admission of opposition parties and candidates to participate in the elections. Ensuring honest elections, the formation of new elements of election commissions by all election participants;

- immediate termination of the war and any aggressive actions against Ukraine;

- The well -known major corrupt officials, from Rotenbergs and Timchenko to Sechin, Serdyukov and Yakunin, must be transferred to justice. We demand the adoption of legislation against illegal enrichment of officials;

- Stop propaganda hysteria in the media and cancel censorship. As a first step - to provide the opposition for one hour of airtime per week on one of the central channels.
immediate liberation of all political prisoners;

- Russia needs judicial reform that ensures the real independence of the courts;

- The control system for each city and the village from the Kremlin showed its failure. The country needs decentralization of power.

Socio-economic requirements :

- the reduction of bloated military-police expenses (third of the federal budget) twice and the direction of the exempted funds for the development of human capital- financing of health and education;

- the abolition of useless grocery "counter -sanctions" that caused the growth of products for products;

- redistribution of funds in favor of regions and local self -government to finance social and communal infrastructure;

- the cessation of the infusion of hundreds of billions in the state -owned company (Rosneft, VEB, VTB, Gazprombank and others);

- Canceling decisions on the confiscation of pension savings of citizens.

We urge everyone to enter the anti -crisis march under the state flag of Russia.

It is time to understand everyone that Putin is a crisis that Putin is a war.
There is Putin, there is a crisis and war, there is no Putin, there is no crisis and there is no war.
