"According to our data, you are a resident of Crimea, and we will be forced to block your account on February 1, 2015," the company said.

The financial service that provides payment cards allows you to make international money transfers and online payments, reports that customers will have to withdraw funds from their accounts to the Donets of January. "If you do not spend the funds until this moment, you will no longer have access to them. To return the funds, you will need to contact the US Department of Finance control over the monitoring of foreign assets," the notice said.
