The most famous Belarusian of our time, rock musician Sergei Mikhalok, announced that he had addressed the Ukrainian authorities about a residence permit. Now Mikhakov will live in Ukraine. The Minister of Culture of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kirilenko on January 27, shortly after meeting with Mikhalk and his producer Anton Azizbekyan, joyfully said that a residence permit and all related documents for the musician would be executed as soon as possible, that Ukraine is a free country and guarantees the best conditions for creativity. And also - that soon half of Russian musicians and artists will move to Ukraine, where everyone will be accepted and everyone will be given the opportunity to live and create freely.

But almost five years ago, becoming Persona Non Grat in Belarus, Sergey Mikhalok left for Russia. All these years he worked everywhere except Belarus, but lived in Russia. At concerts in Russian cities, he shouted from the stage “Zhiva Belarus!”, And the Russian audience was grateful. There, he created his most political album “Rabor” and the first Belarusian -language album “Gray!”, Which included the song “Cathedral!” On the verses of Yankee Kupala. This song has become something like-not a anthem, no-password. Rington "Back to cattle!" It works as a system of identification of “your or foe”.

Sergei Mikhakov, living in Russia, carried a white-red-white national flag banned by Lukashenko on stage. He waved this flag and told both St. Petersburg and Khabarovsk about the Belarusian political prisoners. For them, he wrote the songs “Belrus Freedom” and “Gray!”. Mikhakov gave concerts in the cities closest to the Belarusian border - Russian Smolensk and Ukrainian Chernigov - and hundreds of Belarusians went to these concerts. And the leader of Lyapis Trubetskoy explained to his Russian viewers and listeners who Lukashenko is. Moreover, he did not quote the resolutions of the European Union, but spoke in a simple boy: “Such people are subject to isolation. I turn to the world community: send “blue helmets” and a red cross, but most importantly - more doctors and stronger orderlies. ”

And then 2014 came, and during concerts to "Live Belarus!" Sergei Mikhakov began to add "Glory to Ukraine!" He performed on the Maidan and wrote a song that became an unofficial Maidan anthem, “Warriors of the Light”. And it turned out that if "Live Belarus!" In Russia, you can scream from the stage, then "Glory to Ukraine!" - It’s impossible. And Belorus Sergey Mikhalok was in a black list on the territory of everything that in some slurred papers is called a allied state.

Actually, he tried to return to Belarus. In August last year, the Lyapis Trubetskoy group officially ceased to exist. And the new group of Michalka Brutto was announced as something completely different, having nothing to do with the Lapisovsky "Anarcho-Syndica". In this group, serious guys, cups-boxers, and no sex-narrors-r-rolls sing in this group. Rather, boxing-rock-fit. A healthy lifestyle, simple values, protein cocktails, morning jogging, Mir-work-may. The harmony of the soul is possible exclusively in a harmonious body. Almost Spartanism. But this was not accepted by the Belarusian power. Undoubtedly, because of the biography of Michalka himself.

When the KAGEBSHRIA with questions about the training program, the frequency of visits, the presence or absence of security with Mikhalk began to regularly visit the sports club, where the Brutto group trained, it became clear that the new group had no chance to perform in Belarus. On January 26, Sergei Mikhalok told North Novgorodtsev on the air of the Bibisev program that Brutto's performances are prohibited both in Belarus and Russia. And when they began to act threats to the group members and concert organizers, it was decided to move the headquarters to Kyiv.

Sergei Mikhakov began his tour in Ukraine on January 28. The first performance is in Mariupol. In Belarus, Mikhalk’s concerts, it seems, will not be long.

But what will happen in Belarus? Nothing. Sergey Mikhakov and Lyavon Volsky - prohibited. When they give concerts in Vilnius or in Warsaw, the embassies give free visas upon presentation of the ticket, the lines are built on the borders, and the number of white-red-white flags and the power of the choral "Live Belarus!" They inspire the hope that one day everything will change. But at home, in Belarus, those rock musicians, as if not forbidden, live as prohibited. They have no broadcasts, concerts, tours. They can be found on the street, but not on stage.

But, according to the famous Belarusian musical critic Dmitry Podberzsky, the Belarusian rock music finally found time and place:

-There are no rotations on the radio, with the exception of some unreasonable facts of presence on one or two channels. Music programs, in which they seem to be allowed on television of rockers, are watching. Only Volsky and Mikhalkov really remained in the list of secretly prohibited today. The rest, by and large, do not need anyone at all: neither those who are at the top, nor those who are against the top. At the same time, oddly enough, there are groups that offer music of a real European level. But few people know about them here.

-So, after all, with dictatorship, it is usually rock music that blooms with lush color.

- The dictatorship just contributes to the planting of primitive music, which does not force people to think, this is what happens in Belarus. But the music with socio-political subtext is driven into the underground, which forces it to move to more and more, let’s say, extremist forms. An example is the same “gross” Mikhalka, where there is no longer any music, but there are only pronounced poster, acutely social forms of statement. The dictatorship is really a food environment for real rock: the more pressure - the more acute the answer. Only now not all musicians agree to go to it.
