Activist Darya Polyudova, who is in custody in Krasnodar, was charged in the final version with public calls to carry out actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, as well as to engage in extremist activities, including using the media and the Internet. On January 28, a protocol was signed on the completion of investigative actions, and from January 29, Polyudova can begin to get acquainted with the case materials, Open Russia reports, citing the activist's lawyer Andrei Sabinin. The investigation plans to transfer the case to the prosecutor's office no later than February 5, after which it should go to court. According to Sabinin, the whole accusation is based on expert examinations of reposts of information about pickets and Polyudova's statements in social networks.
