A recognizance not to leave was taken from Dmitry Semenov

From the activist of PARNAS from Chuvashia, Dmitry Semenov, a written undertaking not to leave was taken. This was reported on Twitter by Solidarity activist Nadezhda Mityushkina, according to Semyonov himself. The activist is accused of inciting extremist activities. Early in the morning a search was carried out in his rented apartment in Cheboksary, and then in Tsivilsk with his parents.

Semyonov writes on Twitter that the current case is a continuation of the story of the publication on social networks of a photograph of the former "people's governor" of the Donetsk region Pavel Gubarev with a patch of the banned organization RNU.
