As journalist Anastasia Zotova reports on Twitter , the court hearing regarding the suppression of Ildar Dadin will take place tomorrow, January 31, in the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow. The time of the meeting is still unknown.
At the moment, Dadin has been detained as a suspect by investigator Smirnov in criminal proceedings under Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for 48 hours.
Previously, the Basmanny Court of Moscow, in accordance with paragraph 3 of part 1.1 of article 29.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses , made a decision to terminate the administrative proceedings against Dadin under part 6.1 of article 20.2 per share on December 5, 2014 and transfer the case materials to the preliminary investigation body since, in the opinion of the court, Dadin’s actions contain signs of a crime under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code, introduced into the Criminal Code in July 2014 (“Repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket”)
