Ildar Dadin was taken to the temporary detention center for those suspected and accused of committing crimes on Petrovka, 38 (temporary detention center No. 1 of the Moscow City Internal Affairs Directorate). Tomorrow, January 31, at about eleven o'clock in the morning, he will be questioned by an investigator, after which a trial on preventive measures will take place in the Zamoskvoretsky court.
At the moment, Dadin has been detained as a suspect by investigator Smirnov in criminal proceedings under Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for 48 hours.
Previously, the Basmanny Court of Moscow, in accordance with paragraph 3 of part 1.1 of article 29.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses , made a decision to terminate the administrative proceedings against Dadin under part 6.1 of article 20.2 per share on December 5, 2014 and transfer the case materials to the preliminary investigation body since, in the opinion of the court, Dadin’s actions contain signs of a crime under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code, introduced into the Criminal Code in July 2014 (“Repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket”)
The first people to face criminal charges under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code were Vladimir Ionov and Mark Galperin.
