The anti -crisis program has a lot of rational, but it only partially “quenches the pain”, but heals poorly
- Alexey Kudrin (@aleksei_kudrin) January 30, 2015The expert, who currently heads the Civil Initiatives Committee, in particular, noted that “it is impossible to compensate everyone with a fall in real income,” and large construction sites should be accompanied by support for small and medium -sized businesses.

- Alexey Kudrin (@aleksei_kudrin) January 30, 2015The Cabinet of Ministers consults Kudrin on economic issues, the first deputy prime minister Igor Shuvalov said in January.
The government’s anti -crisis plan for the current year consists of 60 points and provides for 1.2 trillion financing rubles from the budget. It was published on January 28. The document proposes to reduce expenses for most budget articles by 10%. At the same time, social obligations must be fulfilled in full, the text says. Among them - “compensation for additional inflation costs to the most vulnerable categories of citizens”, to which the authors of the document include pensioners and families with several children. The plan also refers to the structural reforms for the diversification of the economy and the creation of conditions for growth in the medium term, which are planned to be included in the new edition of the main activities of the government (the latest version of the document was published two years ago).
