
Currencies grew to the ruble on the eve of the announcement of the decision at the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

The dollar went up to the level of above 70 rubles on the Moscow Exchange following the decrease in the key rate by the Bank of Russia from 17% to 15%.
The last time the American currency overcame the mark of 70 rubles on December 17, 2014. The regulator explained the decrease in the key rate by two percentage points "by changing the balance of risks of accelerating consumer prices and cooling the economy."
By April, the dollar can grow to 82 rubles, Credit Suisse analysts allow . Their forecast for a year in advance is 75 rubles per dollar. Three months later, the American currency can strengthen up to 70 rubles, wrote the Goldman Sachs investmentbank in mid -January.
