According to the Kanobu portal, the buyer was the investment company Columbus Nova, and the amount of the transaction was not announced.

At the same time, it became known that from now on the company would release its games not only for PC and PlayStation, but also for other platforms, including Xbox and mobile devices.

Sony Online Entertainment was founded in 1995. In the list of games she has issued, projects such as the multi-user role-playing series Everquest and the Planeside online player.
