The garrison military court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced to five years in prison in the colony-settlement of ordinary Alexander Kondratyev, TASS reports . He was drunk on a combat vehicle "Tiger" committed a number of accidents, the victims of one of which were two people.

Kondratyev was found guilty under part 3 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules of driving or operating a combat, special or transport vehicle that entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons) and article 125 (the obvious abandonment without the help of a person in life -threatening or health condition).

"According to the aggregate of punishment, the court decided to send Kondratyev to five years in prison with serving a sentence in a colony -settlement," the judge said. In addition, the court decided to recover 2.4 million rubles from the military unit in favor of the victims.

The state prosecutor demanded for the defendant seven years in prison.

On the morning of September 21, in Rostov-on-Don, four drunken special forces of GRU and two civilians on the armored car "Tiger" arranged a number of accidents , in one of which two people were killed. About a dozen cars were injured.

The military served in the 10th separate brigade of the GRU special forces, which is deployed in the military unit No. 51532 in the village of Molkino, Krasnodar Territory. Now the brigade has been transferred to the Ukrainian border to the Neklinovsky district of the Rostov region.

During the interrogation, the military showed that they arbitrarily left the unit on the service "Tiger" to relax in Rostov. They arrived at one of the saunas and ordered prostitutes. Then the special forces went to the Wasib market, where they bought alcohol and met two local residents.

As an eyewitness to events told the publication, the military with new acquaintances began to drink right at the market. Seeing a patrol police car, they got into an armored car and drove away.

Having hit the parked passenger car, the Tiger did not stop. Then the police turned on the flashing lights and chased behind an armored car. The special forces began to leave the chase, although the police in megaphone demanded to stop from them. At the same time, they drove several intersections to the red light. As noted, the "tiger" rode with the headlights turned off.

At the house 117 on Furmanovskaya Street, the eight -ton armored car moved the Kia Rio light machine and dragged it several tens of meters. A 24-year-old foreign car driver died on the spot, his passenger died in the hospital.

After that, the Tiger turned and rushed to the patrol car. However, he was demolished to the right, and there was no collision. Then the armored car again tried to leave the police, but first crashed into a car parked along the street, and then into a tree and stalled. After that, everyone six tried to hide.
