In the stolen homeland

Soon a year as the Crimean Tatars live under the occupation mode: a ban on books, the defeat of the channel, searches, arrests, abduction of people. The leader of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev is not allowed into the Crimea. He told the "faces" how the peninsula turns from the resort into a military base, how the Crimean Tatars are humiliated and intimidated and how the current persecution differs from the oppression of Soviet times.

Freedom of repression

“After the“ referendum ”, all the media were first taken under control. All Ukrainian television channels were closed, and Russian channels began to broadcast instead. All sorts of rallies, processions and meetings were prohibited. And people gathered by more than three were considered participants in illegal demonstrations and were fined. A wave of searches swept throughout Crimea. It was supposedly a search for weapons and a search for weapons and weapons and weapons were supposed Forbidden literature, but forbidden literature is a completely new term for citizens of independent Ukraine. The Crimea is not safe from the search, because in any reading family at least one book from this list is probably still.

At the same time, searches are carried out very rudely, in a hamian: instead of entering the door, they are broken through the window. Everyone is in masks, they order to go to the floor - it doesn’t matter whether it is a woman or children. That is, with the maximum humiliation of human dignity.

The Soviet regime returned to the occupied territory of Crimea, the regime against which all the Tatars fought for several decades, demanding that they return to their homeland and restore their rights.

But, in any case, during the Soviet regime they did not steal people, there was some kind of procedure there: they arrested a person, of course, they knew that he would be condemned and turned into camp dust, but still there was some kind of process. And now people can simply take and take away somewhere.

There is still such a thing: if something was prohibited under communism, there were forbidden books, nothing could be published at all, then here, due to the fact that this regime was not quite established, you can print something, but then you will be arrested or coarsely fined.

About Putin is good or nothing

You can only talk about Putin in Crimea now. If something is bad, then the very next day interrogations and threats begin. In general, there is now an atmosphere of fear - people are afraid to talk to each other. On the phone, too, everything is listened to - sometimes even conversations are interrupted. Especially if Putin is mentioned and something negative is said about him. But the Crimean Tatar diaspora has its own point of view on Putin. When on December 1, Putin came to Turkey, the Crimean Tatars went out with Putler posters, get out, compared him with Hitler, said that it was fascism, and they demanded that he be cleaned.

Our children find themselves in a humiliating position, because Russian flags are hung out in schools, make the Russian anthem sing, and if they do not sing, they call parents. Children cry, come home and say: "I won’t go to this school anymore." And they are told that you still have to go, because you have to study. Here is such a pressure.

Crimea passed without a fight

After the annexation, the Minister of Defense of our country spoke in parliament and said in what state our army is. So, in accordance with this report at the time when the Russians entered the territory of the Crimea, 40 thousand military people formally included in the Ukrainian army - this is a 45 millionth population. Moreover, of these 40 thousand combat -ready, that is, ready to comply with orders, there were 6 thousand. And there were about 20 thousand soldiers of the Russian Black Sea Fleet alone in Sevastopol. In one Sevastopol, Russian troops were almost four times more than the Ukrainian military throughout the country.

On February 27, Russian terrorists, the so -called "green men", captured the Supreme Radu Crimea and the Council of Ministers of Crimea. These terrorists were only 110 people. In order to disarm and neutralize these people, much effort is not required. Moreover, 24 kilometers from Simferopol was located Alpha - the Ukrainian unit to combat terrorism. But they did not receive an order either. They could quickly neutralize them and then take control of all state institutions. But none of this was done, because the order did not receive. Later, one major from this Alpha said: "Actually, we were prepared to fight the Crimean Tatars." That is, such a concept was introduced that from the older brother, from the Russians, nothing needs to be expected - these are brothers, but the enemies, it turns out, are Crimean Tatars.

And then, it seems that a huge work was done among the military contingent, in the Crimea, because 90 percent immediately stood up with the Russians. The security service, where, by the way, there was not a single Crimean Tatar, almost completely surrendered to Russia.

The military instead of tourists

The main article of income in Crimea was tourism, but it has sharply reduced: to expect a lot of tourists in the occupied territory, of course, it is unrealistic. If last year there were about 5-6 million tourists, then this year only 2 million. And these are tourists from Russia, who, as in Soviet regime, are sent according to the ticket, and the state pays for many. There are no prospects for Crimea in the conditions of occupation. Neither for the Crimean Tatars, nor for the Russian -speaking population. The only form of activity that is now flourishing in the Crimea is to build up military force and military potential.

The number of Russian troops in the Crimea now exceeds 40 thousand - this is more than in the independent territory of Ukraine as a whole. A mass of military equipment was brought to the territory of Crimea: "Buki", "bumblebees", "grades". All of them are aimed at the mainland of Ukraine. The old nuclear base is now repaired, and there is information that some missiles are already there, but there is nuclear weapons there, we definitely do not know.

Our territory was turned into a military base, which poses a threat not only to our people and not only to Ukraine, but also to the world on Earth. And therefore, the only way out is to make all the efforts of the world community in order to achieve the speedy liberation of Crimea and all territories captured by Russian military personnel in the eastern region of Ukraine.

In this regard, we are most concerned about the conversations that the sanctions can be lifted or weakened if Russia ceases to move on in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions if it will comply with the Minsk agreements on the ceasefire. People have already begun to joke that the EU statement would follow that the Russians could lift sanctions if they stop bombing Kyiv. ”
