Abakan Air asks to recognize Utair bankrupt

The Khakass airline Abakan Air demands to declare the bankruptcy of UTAIR - one of the largest air carriers in Russia. The lawsuit was filed in the arbitration of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

The statement of the Siberian company is registered on the court website on February 5. The lawsuit has not yet been accepted for production, the details of the case are not disclosed.

Earlier, the Moscow Arbitration Court decided to arrest for interim purposes for funds and other property of the airline, including aircraft, helicopters, etc., in connection with Alfa-Bank's claims to recover payables from the carrier.
