However, he treated him no less strictly than with Yanukovych and his closest associates, which the prison also cries. First, the Supreme Court of Ukraine canceled the verdict of the Pechersky district court - "for lack of corpus delicti." Then, last summer, Kireev was put on the wanted list. And now, since the judge is hiding from the investigation and is unlikely to be in Ukraine, he was arrested in absentia, on the proposal of the Prosecutor General, and the Verkhovna Rada supported this decision in 297.
