Volriy Aleksandrovich Zalotukha was born in 1954 in the Tula region, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University (1976) and the highest courses of scriptwriters and directors (1984, workshop of Semyon Lungin and Larisa Golubkina).
