“If famous people refuse to participate in the list, saying that it is more important for them to work as a professor or maintain an independent lifestyle, that they do not want to work in the Duma and do not see themselves as a deputy, then nothing will work out. No professional story will take off without the support of public opinion leaders from various directions.

This could be a list of professors and entrepreneurs. There may be a list of media persons and journalists. Can be mixed (best). But we definitely need authoritative people, with their audience, with their achievements, their recognition and their knowledge. There won’t be a magical situation where a list of excellent young people who have never done anything before will suddenly appear out of nowhere, it doesn’t exist. Either the existing opinion leaders will go, or there will be no list.”
