Anti-fascist Aleksey Sutuga, who received 3 years and 1 month in prison for attacking nationalists (he denies his guilt), is being transferred from Moscow to Irkutsk to serve his sentence - in December, the Moscow City Court rejected Sutuga's complaint, and the verdict entered into force. This choice of place of serving the sentence is due to the fact that although Sutuga lived in Moscow for many years, he is registered in Irkutsk.
Clarification: the family of Aleksey Sutuga sold the Irkutsk apartment before the verdict, and he was discharged from there. The Federal Penitentiary Service did not allow Sutuga to be registered in the capital.
