The Ministry of Finance invited all law enforcement agencies to reduce to 10 percent of the personnel. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Countering the Corruption of Unicorn Alexander Khinshtein. According to other sources of the publication, security officials and law enforcement officers are offered an alternative: a reduction in 10 percent of the state or a corresponding reduction in expenses at the expense of other budget articles.
In the FSB, rumors about possible reductions appeared at the end of 2014. Inspectors were sent to all departments of the special services. A number of employees, without waiting for abbreviations, transferred from the capital to the regions, where there is an uncomplex of officers, in particular to the North Caucasus. Meanwhile, the set of new employees in the FSB is almost terminated. An exception is made mainly for graduates of specialized universities.
Meanwhile, the Prosecutor General’s Office expects to preserve the states, in particular by reducing various allowances, for example, for service tension and secrecy.
In the TFR, there are also no large reductions. To optimize expenses, it is supposed, for example, to reduce the volume of public procurement. As sources in the department noticed the publication, previously its staff was planned to even expand by 2500 employees, since the number of articles of the Criminal Code, under investigation of the TFR, increased. However, in the end, new vacancies had to be opened in annexed Crimea.
At the same time, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, stated, agreed with the government to reduce only 3 percent of bets - 10 thousand regular units - due to the non -membrane and dismissal of retirement employees.
The fate of the FSKN, which by the beginning of the year has already reduced 15 percent of the state, has not yet been decided. Last week it was reported that the presidential administration considers the question of the abolition of this structure , as well as the Federal Migration Service. Since then, it became known that the FMS has defended its position and will not be disbanded. The decision regarding the State Rook Control, perhaps, will be made after the meeting of the head of the department, Viktor Ivanov with Vladimir Putin.
