On January 30, the new law was adopted by the State Duma, February 4 - approved by the Council of People's Commissars. On Thursday, Vladimir Putin signed a document.

"When a citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed by the police, disability due to military trauma received in connection with the performance of his official duties and excluding the possibility of further service in the police, he ... is paid a monthly monetary compensation with the subsequent recovery of the amounts paid from the perpetrators," the law says.

The police who received the disability of the I group will be fully paid salaries - salary and prolongation allowances. For disabled people of the group II, the amount of compensation will be half the salary, for the disabled group III - 30 percent of the salary.
