In Ukraine, dear Vsevolod, two things are happening. First: popular discontent is intensified, there is a desire of ordinary people to end theft, disorder, betrayal. The already stolen still will have to answer. So they continue to lead the usual lifestyle. Russia can wait for the same thing as Ukraine. What do I mean? In theory, in theory, according to the democratic idea, the police, state security, prosecutor’s office, court should plant thieves, but just in this four that in Ukraine, the prison is most crying in Russia. What to do with them with an eye on democracy? Yes, and without looking back ... There is experience in the world, anyone has to learn, but this is easy to say. Interesting times await us. Our business is in detail to disassemble Russian affairs, not Ukrainian. Why did I still decide to publish this letter? What is so that it is not so, I do not know exactly. In Ukraine itself, they argue about the numbers - how many avatars are there, how many volunteers, whom they take, who are not taken. The president, by the way, forbade the sending recruits to the war. Only those who served. One thing is clear: there are a lot of prostitute and volunteers. And there are more than those and others than I, for example, expected. Volunteering, it seems, can be talked about as a movement. But there is something to say about the slope. What is the fact that there are a lot of them? They are not afraid of state, power. They are not afraid of punishment. They think they can somehow get out. It seems like the runners of the alimony ... This means that the orders in the country are not as hard as they should be and are under established political regimes, be up to democratic or not democratic at all. Too a lot of freemen in everything. So I try, looking at Ukraine, to imagine mobilization in Russia. Or even an ordinary call. And not so much today as tomorrow. Tomorrow - that is, when the current regime shakes or falls. How will it all be? How many deviates will be and how many volunteers? How will everything be tired?

From the bosses, the same. But during the Maidan, the authorities ran away. There was no authority, as he was gone in the ninety -first year. And where did the new authorities come from? By the mood of these people, it turns out that the new authorities should have come from them, but from some other authorities. But there was no other authority and could not be. There were no authorities that could appoint a new authorities in return for the former. When you say this, a person is lost or angry. As many people, and people who are savvy, solid, who say that they should have made power for them and for the Fatherland in the ninety -first year, immediately, from the first day, as it was supposed to take care of people, culture, and enlightenment. For some, this is something like a profession-to say that it was supposed to make power. Lovely, but it was not there, the new government arose before your eyes, with your participation or without it. Crooks and thieves took it and so much that and how much you allowed them and continue to allow them. This is a conversation about the self -organization of society, about the readiness and ability of people for public cooperation. When you say such things, you feel like you are at a meeting where the air is obliged to shake with empty speeches. But they are not empty, these speeches. What happened in Ukraine for this year? A serious volunteer movement arose. What is it? Обыкновенные люди, никого ни о чем не спрашивая, ни от кого ничего не требуя, стали делать то, что в обычных условиях обязано делать государство, то самое начальство, чиновничество: стали снабжать действующую армию ну, не всем необходимым, но многим из необходимого: от носков, лекарств и продуктов до бронежилетов и грузовиков. Молча, спокойно. Стали вывозить людей из районов боевых действий, стали разбирать руины, что-то возводить. Собирают деньги, вещи, добиваются нужных решений, действий от разных учреждений.

А кто-то тем временем сидит перед своим компом и строчит на радио «Свобода» о том, что должен был получить он, что должна была получить его страна от девяносто первого года, от две тысячи четвертого, от четырнадцатого, от Первого Майдана, от Второго, от Болотной и Сахарова, - и сразу получить, по щучьему веленью…

Продолжают разоблачать Маркса, ищут у него злободневное - например, высказывание о России в начале Крымской войны, когда царь захватил Молдавию под предлогом защиты православных.
