Vladimir Ashurkov, Executive Director of the Corruption Fund for Corruption, denied information about obtaining political asylum in the UK. It is reported by "iodine". “The lawyer confused,” the emigrant told the publication, “has not yet received it, I’m waiting for the decision.”

The provision of asylum to Ashurkov earlier on Monday was announced by Alexander Salnikov, a lawyer of the civil wife of the emigrant Alexandrina Markvo. At the same time, the lawyer found it difficult to clarify whether his client herself received asylum.

Earlier on Monday, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested Markvo in absentia in the fraud case during the implementation of the book "Book in the Parks". The nominal director of her creative production agency "Bureau 17" Andrei Mylnikov was sent under house arrest .

Ashurkov announced his appeal to the British authorities for the political execution on October 6, 2014. Since May, he has been living in the UK with Markwo and her daughter Ariadn Senatorova. There, Ashurkov and Markvo had a common son Nikolai.

Earlier, Izvestia reported that Ashurkov submitted a petition for asylum in July, referring to political persecution in Russia. The former alpha group top manager in July was put on a federal wanted list on charges of embezzlement of funds raised during the election campaign of Alexei Navalny to the post of mayor of Moscow. At the same time, Navalny himself repeatedly stated that he had no complaints against Ashurkov, and also called his case politically motivated.

According to the investigation, in the summer of 2013 Konstantin Yankauskas, Nikolai Lyaskin and Ashurkov transferred 1 million rubles to the expense of Navalny. Then they turned to the Internet users with a request to transfer money to their electronic wallets to reimburse the Navalny funds transferred to the account, as well as support his political activity. More than 10 million rubles accumulated in the accounts were, according to the TFR, they were assigned to the suspects.

Yankauskas is placed under house arrest, Lyaskin is under the subscription about the lower room.

On January 16, the FBK office was searched. Employees received a summons in the TFR "for a survey on the material of the procedural audit" on suspicion of illegal consumption of funds transferred to the fund as voluntary donations. Navalny, who is the founder of the fund, was forcibly delivered to the TFR for a survey for the same occasion.

At the same time, the decision on the search indicates that it is carried out in the case of the "theft" of the picture "a bad good person" from a fence in Vladimir. The search was carried out by 19 people, including machine gunners in masks, he walked seven and a half hours.
