The Tver District Court of Moscow was sentenced by Ruhril Ishutin (pseudonym - Ecumenical), which is the main witness of the allegiance to the "high -rise case", by 1 year 10 months of general regime. It is reported by "Mediazona".
Ishutin was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of drugs on a large scale). The sanction for this crime is from 3 to 10 years of the colony, but Rufer went on a deal with the investigation, and his case was considered in a special order - without interrogations of witnesses and analyzing evidence.
As reported, Ishutin was initially suspected in a “high -rise case”, but then, during a search, a spice was discovered in his rented apartment - a synthetic smoking mixture. Then the case was opened against him under the 228th article, and in the “high-rise business” they witnessed.
Ishutin testified against two other ruffles - Kiev Pavel Ushevts (Grisha Mustang) and St. Petersburg Vladimir Podrazov. According to the witness, the initiative to paint the star on the spire of the Stalin high -rise on the Kotelnikiye embankment of Moscow came from the Uthevts, and the undercuts and his girlfriend helped him. At the same time, Ishutin denied the involvement of the Beisjampers campaign Alexander Pogrebov, Anna Lepeshkina, Alexei Bnezhokhov and Evgenia Korotkova, placed in this case under house arrest.
Basjampers were detained on the morning of August 20, 2014 after a jump from a skyscraper and accused of painting the top of the golden star on a spire in blue, so that it began to resemble the flag of Ukraine by coloring. In fact, this action was held even before the morning of the morning, the Uchetsya; A few days later, he took responsibility for painting a star.
Meanwhile, the athletes were charged with parts of 2 articles 213 and 214 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism and vandalism committed by a group of people) and sent under house arrest. Their persecution was not discontinued even after the Unehchza’s statement, despite the fact that this statement gave the investigation an occasion to start the case against the Ukrainian athlete himself, as well as detain and arrest the 19-year-old Prerezov.
Moreover, the investigator Dmitry Minov, who initially was conducting the case, sought evidence not only to the Uthevtsa, but also the Beisjampers.
In December, Minov resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs - it was claimed that it was because of the "high -rise case" that is falling apart, since the composition of the crime is absent. After that, the case was entrusted to the investigator by the name of Krivorukov.
As of December 22, no investigative actions in the “high -rise case” have been conducted for three weeks. Then the lawyers of Beisjampers prepared in the ECHR to delay the complaint of the investigation.
On January 19, the Tagansky district court of Moscow extended the incident in the pre -trial detention center until March 20. Then the same court for the same time extended the arrests of all four Beisjamper.
