The winner of the Khakaton will receive the right to finalize the project in the amount of 60 thousand rubles.

3. Book Second-Hand in Perm
The book Second-Hand in Perm is not too well-known, but an important project for Permians who have not lost a book culture and love to read.

4. Center for rehabilitation of stray animals "Patter"
The rehabilitation center of homeless animals “Patter” is a project that helps many homeless animals to find the owners. On the site "Dozor" a base of animals with photographs and description is assembled. Everyone who needs a fluffy friend can find him there and contact the owners.
“Watch” takes care of their wards, and therefore all animals are given into caring hands for nothing. Volunteers of the "patrol" then try to track the life of the animal. The site also raises funds for the treatment, purchase of feed, fillers, drugs for animals.
