The Moscow City Court canceled the decision on the arrest of Svetlana Davydova. Earlier, the Lefortovo court sent Davydov to a pre -trial detention center, but under the pressure of the public she was released home for a recognizance not to leave. A large mother from Vyazma is accused of treason.
Alexandrina Markwo was arrested in absentia. The decision on the arrest of the head of the Bureau17 company was made by the Basmanny Court of Moscow. Markwo is accused of fraud, on February 13 she was put on an international wanted list. On the same day, the driver of the entrepreneur Andrei Mylnikov was put under house arrest, he is also accused of fraud. The civil husband of Markvo and associate of Alexei Navalny Vladimir Ashurkov is now with her in London, he is accused of fraud with funds for the Navalny election campaign.

February 19, Thursday Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko abandoned glucose. Savchenko is accused of mating to the murder of two Russian journalists, she has been starving for 70 days. Previously, its condition was supported using droppers with a solution of glucose and special medical cocktails. Now Savchenko switched only to water.

February 20, Friday in Kaliningrad and in mineral waters, the organizers of the Vesna march were detained. Mikhail Nazarenko from mineral water twice tried to coordinate the holding of a protest march on March 1 with the city administration, but never received an answer. After filing a third statement, he was detained at the exit from the city hall. The court gave Nazarenko 5 days of administrative arrest "For participation in an unauthorized rally." The head of the Kaliningrad branch of the Party of Progress, Yuri Redkin, was detained during a single picket with a poster in support of the Vesna march. “We will find the foundation in the department,” the police said, answering the question of activists about the reason for the detention. On the eve of January 19, by 15 days of administrative arrest, the party leader Alexei Navalny was sentenced (see p. 26).
