On February 18, the government agreed with the president for the next “pension reform”. Those of working pensioners who receive more than 83 thousand rubles. per month, pensions will stop paying
The seizure of pensions, according to the estimates of the Ministry of Labor, will suppose allegedly only every fifty of 13 million working pensioners. But after a few years, inflation will make eighty thousand earnings completely ordinary, and the deprivation of pensions is more or less universal. Not to mention the fact that the first blow of the reform will have to be just for those who receive a large salary in a white one and honestly pay large contributions, financing pension payments to other recipients. But those who do not believe the state will win and hide their income from it.
Measures to increase this distrust are the mandatory belonging of all pension “reforms” of recent years. That-the replacement of ruble obligations for insurance pensions for some points, the price of which will determine the bosses at their own whim. That - calls to retire later, accompanied by a promise of ingenious benefits that will automatically evaporate if the majority really follow these calls. That is the mockery of the very idea of funded pensions, with their “freezing” in 2014-2015 and the accompanying confiscation of current contributions, that is, direct robbery of people. All these gambling experiments on living people have nothing to rationalization, or even more so to liberalism.
The annual overpention of electoral laws recalls the political irresponsibility of the regime, which, however, was peculiar to him originally. But the manipulation of the pension system, which became permanent only in the third presidency of Vladimir Putin, suggests that the regime has gained another system -forming quality - social irresponsibility.
All innovations are subordinated to one idea - to reduce pension expenses that have supposedly unbearable for the treasury.
In fact, that part of the costs of the Pension Fund, which is retired, is about 8 % of Russian GDP. This is much less than in rich countries and completely normal for a medium -developed power. Indeed, the contributions entering the FIU do not cover even 70 % of these expenses. The rest is added by the federal budget.
But this speaks only of three things.
Firstly, about the low collection of pension contributions. It would be strange to wait for people that people would not spit with a system that herself deceives them at every step. Secondly, about the incompetence of state management, these contributions collecting. And thirdly, about the perverted world in which the authorities live, taking money from pensioners to spend it on weapons and mediocre super-projects.
Does the pension system need update? Undoubtedly. But the first sign of a responsible approach is to preserve the share of pension expenses in GDP at least at the current level. And any other schemes, no matter what progressive packaging they are presented, must be called what they are - robbery.
