In the Tagan court of Moscow, the first hearing was held on the claim of the niece of the People's Artist of the USSR Lyudmila Zykina, who died in 2009, Ekaterina Zykina to her brother due to the jewelry of their famous aunt. According to the plaintiff, her brother Sergei Zykin put up the singer’s diamonds for sale, and took all the revenue to himself. In this regard, the applicant filed a lawsuit in court to recover part of the money from jewelry sold from a hammer, RIA Novosti .

At the same time, the amount of 55 million rubles initially appeared in her lawsuit, but now she increased her requirements to 89 million. “The amount of the claim is increased due to a change in the dollar,” the plaintiff’s lawyer explained.

The court eventually postponed the consideration of the case on April 1 in connection with a request of the representative of the defendant to give him time to get acquainted with the materials, the agency reports.

Lyudmila Zykina during his lifetime was known for her passion for antique and made decorations. She collected a unique collection of jewelry with precious stones, many products were made specifically for the singer and exist in a single copy.

In the spring of 2012, it became known that the singer's jewelry was sold from the hammer of the Gelos auction house. As reported, the revenue from the sale amounted to 32 million rubles, which almost three times surpassed expert expectations.

So, a headset made of gold with natural turquoise and pearls at Estimeth of 18-36 thousand rubles was sold for three million rubles, and a Chinese set of silver bracelets and pairs of rings, estimated at 15 thousand rubles, bought for three million two hundred thousand rubles. The most expensive thing at those tenders became allegedly made to order for the singer to earrings with a diamond -doll of an ancient cut of seven carats - they were bought for 6.5 million rubles.

At the same time, it was previously reported that all the funds proceeds from the sale of jewelry will go to perpetuating the memory of Zykina. Meanwhile, shortly after it became known about the auction, the press appeared in the press that part of the guards and decorating decorations survived after the death of the singer surfaced at these auction. The auction house and lawyer Sergei Zykin in response accused the press of lies.

Lyudmila Zykina passed away on July 1, 2009 at the age of 80. However, she did not leave the will. After the death of the singer, her relatives announced the disappearance of diamonds, concert costumes and interior items belonging to the singer. Later, much of this was found in the country of the personal assistant of the people's artist - Tatyana Svinkova, who told the investigators that Zykina gave her all this to her storage even before her death.

Svinkova called the bank in which, after the death of the singer, part of the diamonds was placed. Experts then estimated at two million dollars that were seized from the banking cell. Meanwhile, the entire collection of diamonds Zykina was estimated at more than seven million dollars.

A criminal case was instituted against the Pvinckova under the article “Arcting”, but as a result, they did not bring her to criminal liability, and everything that was seized, as reported, was transferred to the nephew of the singer as a direct heir to Lyudmila Georgievna.
