The allocation of heavy weapons is one of the most important points of the Minsk agreements concluded on February 12 . On Monday, the representative of the military operation headquarters in the Donbass Anatoly Stelmakh said that the conditions for the removal of heavy weapons from the contact line have not yet been created. According to him, weapons will be taken only after a complete ceasefire .

The acting representative of the General Staff of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev at a briefing emphasized that in connection with the ongoing shelling of speech about the withdrawal of heavy weapons, there can be.
