"The Ukrainian side requires a complete ceasefire and the urgent implementation of the Minsk agreements from all their signatures. In case of attempts to occur, the graph of heavy weapons will be adjusted. The Ukrainian troops are in full readiness to protect the country," the message says.

"From today, the forces of the ATO begin the withdrawal of artillery systems along the entire Division line. Representatives of the militants have repeatedly declared about their abstract, however, in the OSCE monitoring mission they could not confirm this.
The allocation of heavy weapons is one of the most important points of the Minsk agreements concluded on February 12 . According to them, the artillery of a caliber of 100 mm or more is discharged from the demarcation line of 25 km, the Grad system - 35 km, the MLRS "Tornado -S", "Hurricane", "Tornado" and tactical missile systems "Point" - at 70.
On Monday, the representative of the military operation headquarters in the Donbass Anatoly Stelmakh said that the conditions for the removal of heavy weapons from the contact line have not yet been created. According to him, weapons will be taken only after a complete ceasefire .
The acting representative of the General Staff of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev at a briefing emphasized that in connection with the ongoing shelling of speech about the withdrawal of heavy weapons, there can be. Seleznev also noted that the Ukrainian security forces have already prepared sites that in the future can be used to transfer fire support funds in case of decision to withdraw heavy weapons.
