The war on self -destruction

The main war that Vladimir Putin started against Ukraine is not even Crimea and Donbass. This is a war on exhaustion. Actually, the Crimea themselves and Donbass were started in order to prevent the Maidan state to stand on his feet after the flight of Viktor Yanukovych. You can discuss regarding the professional qualities of the new Ukrainian authorities and its readiness for reforms, but one thing is obvious: it is almost impossible to attract real investments in a country where military operations are permanent. And getting international financial assistance to such a country is also not easy. And to carry out reforms - no matter what high words were said - is also not very easy. If the state, already ruined by the rule of professional kleptomanes, spends the lion's share of income not on reforms, but on a war that is not visible the end and the region, the inhabitants of this state are not visible.

Therefore, I can understand Vladimir Putin. I have no doubt that in the silence of his Kremlin cabinet, he joyfully rubs his hands: this is how I took revenge on them for the Maidan! It remains still to move the troops to Mariupol or somewhere else - and the Ukrainian state will break up by itself, fall into the hands of its real, Kremlin owner, like a ripe apple. And there I will give him to Viktor Vladimirovich - let him rule. It's better than Medvedchuk than Yanukovych!

The only problem of this wonderful plan is that the exhaustion of Ukraine occurs almost in parallel with the depletion of Russia. And the Russian exhaustion does not look so dramatic compared to the Ukrainian simply because it is poured daily in billions of dollars - which, however, is quite comparable to the fight against fire with gasoline. When the day comes - and it is no longer around the corner - the final destruction of state reserves, when the Central Bank goes to bidding with an empty pocket, Russia will differ from Ukraine only in that no one in the whole world wants to give it loans. But Ukraine still has a chance.

But I'm not talking about Ukrainian chances now. I'm talking about Russian intentions. Suppose even Ukraine has no chance. And that Ukraine fell into the hands of Putin, like a ripe apple. What will he do with this apple if he does not have funds for watering apple trees? What is the point of trying to get a colony when you have no money for her?

All talk about the attractive power of the Ukrainian economy, which will finally take over the Russian oligarchs, is complete nonsense. The Ukrainian economy makes sense only if it is reformed. All its competitiveness in the past was provided only to cheap Russian raw materials - but these times have already passed, because the Kremlin no longer has cheap raw materials even for its own enterprises. Ukraine may either move from Russia to a safe distance - either collapse with it. But the option in which Putin saves Ukraine who rushed at his feet - simply because he cannot save himself.

That is why the tactics that may seem to someone in Moscow a set of brilliant political, military and diplomatic moves, from the side looks simply convulsive movements of the madman, stubbornly sawing the bitches on which this crowned madman sits - and at the same time fushing the bitch of his neighbor. I would even say more honestly: this is one branch with two branches. And our patient was selflessly sawing her, not even noticing that the ground will inevitably crash along with the hated neighbor. But the neighbor still hopes that he will be saved, - as the starving Nadia Savchenko hopes for a miracle.

And the death of our patient will simply be recorded by the General Assembly of pathologists.
