And also try to analyze the meaning of the so -called business of Savchenko, pushing the emotion away. Although pushing emotions in this matter is incredibly difficult.

So, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation accuses Nadezhda Savchenko of correcting the fire of Ukrainian artillery, as a result of which civilians who did not participate in the armed conflict were killed by Russian journalists. Thus, she, in the rough language of the Investigative Committee, "applied prohibited means and methods of warfare." In the language of international law, we are talking about violation of the laws and customs of war, that is, on war crimes.

The first, although not the most important that lies on the surface: the investigation and the court simply ignore the facts and evidence. Stupid. Imagine. They simply do not consider the evidence that Nadezhda Savchenko was captured before Russian journalists fell under fire. In the same way, as a result, the court stupidly and vulneged refused to consider evidence of Alibi accused of the murder of Daniil Konstantinov .

A special thieves' chic from the Investigative Committee are considered to be secretly and illegally to take a person from the territory of another state, and then accuse him of illegally crossing the border. So, as it was in the case of Leonid Razvoszhaev. He was still added an article about false denunciation when he identified a person who was mixed over him along the road. All this is called Gull. So the courtyard punks. So the gang of gangsters behaves. These three so different things are united by one thing: the investigating authorities behave like a gang of gangsters. Now let's say for a minute that the information about the capture of Nadezhda Savchenko is captured before the death of journalists are not true. Suppose that she really adjusted the fire, as a result of which they died. There were active hostilities in the area. The presence of armed combatants in a group of persons who underwent shelling made it a legal goal for the Ukrainian army. This is even if we distract from the fact that the Ukrainian army is fighting with an enemy who has a tendency to place its own artillery behind kindergartens.

In order to blame the hope of Savchenko of violating the laws and customs of war, it is necessary to prove, firstly, that in the group of people in which the journalists found themselves did not have armed combatants, secondly, that the Nadezhda Savchenko allegedly corrected the fire, thirdly, that she scored this group specially with the aim of destroying journalists. None of this is interested in the Investigative Committee. For the prosecution, he considers sufficient the fact of the death of journalists. This fact is considered as a regular pre -reflective murder, and not as a result of hostilities. The very participation in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian army is considered as a crime on the basis that civilians may die as a result of hostilities. And here it should be noted the second, more important thing: the “case” of Nadezhda Savchenko is a demonstrative denial of the Russian authorities of the legitimacy and sovereignty of the Ukrainian state as such, the denial of his right to conduct military operations against armed rebels.

But let's still complicate the task. Suppose the Investigative Committee will miraculously take out the evidence from the sleeve that Nadezhda Savchenko deliberately fired at a group of exclusively civilians. In this case, in order to keep it in custody, he must present this evidence in the parliamentary assembly of Europe and convince her to deprive the hope of Savchenko of parliamentary immunity. While the Russian Federation remains a member of the Council of Europe, it is obliged to recognize the immunity of any member of any delegation of the parliamentary assembly. So we note the third and, possibly, the most important thing: the “business” of Nadezhda Savchenko is a spit in the face of all of Europe, the entire world community. Quite a conscious spit.

And you say - the stupidity of the overpresented performers, multiplied by the stupidity of a system, ready to lie with bones, protecting any stupidity of the performers. Maybe at first it was. But today, the “case” of Nadezhda Savchenko is a conscious demonstration of the disobedience of the Russian Federation by international norms, this is part of the struggle of Putin's Russia for the right to dictate its own rules, regardless of the current ones. Just like the annexation of Crimea.

And it is unlikely that the leader of the Gangsters from the Investigative Committee Bastrykin was unlikely to have just made an offer to exclude an article from the Constitution on the priority of international law over national. Such an outstanding "jurist" as Bastrykin cannot but know that this article is in the so -called protected section of the Constitution, which cannot be changed in the usual order at all - even two thirds of both chambers and legislative assemblies of the constituent entities of the Federation. Only a constitutional assembly can change something in this section, the law of which is still not. That is, the legal mechanism for changing this part of the constitution is now completely absent. The idea of ​​Bastrykin is understandable: to act within the country in the same way as the Russian Federation in the international arena now acts. If not according to the Constitution, the worse for the Constitution.

Can the Russian public do something to save Nadezhda Savchenko? Should she turn to the Supreme Ruler, calling for his mercy? The opposition, non -government public is unlikely to do this. Not only because it will sound false (what does mercy have to do with it, when there is egregious arbitrariness?). Not only because it is humiliating. It’s just that there are a lot of people in Russia who are more to face. In Russia, there is another "public" in abundance. Status, loyalist, Plane. Nevertheless, understanding what negative international consequences for their regime will have a possible death of Nadezhda Savchenko. And now the case when it is not shameful to contact these people with a request for help. Turn through the abyss that shares us. Through the front line. Let them ask the main thing. He will rather listen to them. If only because their loyalty, their support is important for him.

And I also want our opposition to realize: in order to achieve changes for the better, it is necessary to make the same determination to make sacrifices, to go to the end, which is Nadezhda Savchenko.
