Kharkov could become another Donetsk or Lugansk, but residents of one and a half million city in March 2014 did not allow wars on their territory. The Rain correspondent Tikhon Dzyadko went to Kharkov to find out how the attitude of local residents towards Putin has changed over the year and what information about Russia Kharkov residents receive.
