
Swamp prisoner Sergey Krivov was transferred from IK-5 of the Bryansk region in Starodub in IK-6 in the city of Klintsy and placed there in a safe place-separately from other convicts. This was announced on her Facebook page activist of the Committee on May 6, Maria Arkhipova. The translation took place on Monday, she specified.
However, she did not report any other details of Arkhipov. She said to the “faces” that on Tuesday, the lawyer of Politsek Irina Biryukova will find out the situation.

On February 18, Biryukova submitted to the Starodubsky District Court a request for the parole of the Politsek. As it can be assumed, now the application will be sent to the new place of the content of the swamp prisoner, and therefore, the terms of consideration of the paper will be delayed.
On the same day, February 18, the judge of the Starodubsky district court, Gennady Garbuz, fully rejected Krivov’s complaint against the IK-5 administration. Biryukova assured that she would challenge the decision of Garbuz.
In his complaint, Kriva pointed out that he did not receive answers to 13 applications filed in the name of the head of the IK-5 colonel of the internal service Konstantin Shulakov. Meanwhile, according to article 65 of the internal regulations, written answers must be issued to the convict no later than three days. Kryva noted that the colony administration violates the law not only in his regard, but also in relation to other convicts, since it does not respond to their appeals and complaints.
