On February 26, the new person involved was sent under house arrest until April 6 by decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow. He cannot leave the apartment at the place of registration, he is also forbidden to "communicate with any persons other than relatives, to receive and send correspondence."

At the same time, it became known that the investigation accuses the non -reflectors of on May 6, 2012 he participated in the "riots" in Bolotnaya Square and hit the umbrella of two police officers by the names of Kolpakov and Gavrilov.

The father of the defendant Andrei Nepomnyatchy previously told reporters that he himself was on May 6, 2012 in Bolotnaya with his son, and that day both were detained.
