The new disc was another little victory over the creative crisis that covered me after moving to the capital. This record became something akin to psychotherapy, I tried to curb my fears, break the installations, discard the evaluation, not go along the false path of perfectionism, and not be authoritarian. Not always my attempts were crowned with success, but at least I tried. The expression “everything flows - everything changes” has become the main metaphor of the album “water”.

“She says” is the first track that we came up with in a changed composition. He was born quickly and easily at one of the first rehearsals. We even have preserved the first rehearsal record of that improvisation, and it differs from the studio, only the quality of the sound. We have changed nothing. This song once immediately set us a new vector of sound. Therefore, we decided that she should open an album. The text used here is written based on the performance of the same name by the choreographer Alexander Andriyashkin.

I dreamed and dream of writing music for a dance performance. And once Alexander and I talked about this, he sent me a link to work, which, in his opinion, was close to the mood of my songs. I really liked the text pronounced during the staging of the robot voice, and I decided that this could make a great song. I chose the lines closest in spirit and finished something myself. And this was my first experience in using someone else's text. He inspired me to other experiments that can be heard on the album. This form has discovered new opportunities for me.
