
The Moscow City Court extended to the leader of the combat organization of Russian nationalists Ilya Goryachev the term of detention in the pre -trial detention center until May 16. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the press service of the court.
The lawyer Goryacheva Nikolai Polozov, in turn, told the agency that the accused continues to familiarize themselves with the case file.
Goryachev’s case is allocated into a separate proceeding from the main case of BORN, the consideration of whichis suitable for completion in the Moscow Regional Council . The completion of the investigation against the Nazi was reported on September 22, 2014. Goryachev’s case includes 54 volumes, as well as audio and video materials.
The Nazis is charged with part 1 of article 209 (creation of a gang), paragraphs "A", "Z", "Z", "L" of part 2 of Article 105 (the murder of two or more persons committed by an organized group, associated with banditry, based on ideological and national hatred and enmity), part 2 of article 222 (illegal circulation of firearms) and part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation of the Criminal Code (creation extremist community).
Goryachev was charged with complicity in the murders of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova in January 2009, as well as the 20-year-old Tajik Salalahedin Azizov, who was cut off his head in 2008. In addition, the TFR considers the accused involved in the murders of the anti -fascists Fedor Filatov (Fedya) and Ilya Japaridze.
The arrested himself does not plead guilty.
Goryachev was detained in Serbia on May 9, 2013. On the same day, the Russian authorities said that they have no complaints about the Nazis and he was not declared wanted. However, on May 13, the TFR said that Goryachev was put on the international wanted list and was arrested in absentia to the Basmann District Court.
After a series of followed trials, Serbia issued arrested Russia. On November 8, 2013 he was extracted . Since then, Goryachev has been in jail. His arrest repeatedly extended.
December 22, 2014 Goryachev as a witness testified in the court in the Born case . He categorically rejected his involvement in the group. In addition, the Nazi said that he was not connected with the presidential administration and, unfortunately, is not familiar with Vladislav Surkov.
The witness was also asked about Leonid Simunin, the former leader of the Lyubertsy branch of the Prochremlin movement "Local", which, as previously stated in the process, was directly supervised by the Presidential Administration of BORN and the Russian Image - the legal organization of Goryachev. However, judge Alexander Kozlov removed this issue.
The fact that some power structures were supervised by Bourne through Goryachev , said in mid -November, speaking in the process, another witness in the case - Nikita Tikhonov, who was serving life sentence for the murder of Markelov and Baburova. Tikhonov is considered the second leader of Bourne. He fully pleaded guilty, so his business was also allocated into separate production. The day after Tikhonov, his paratrooper and civil wife Evgeny Hasis, convicted of the murder of Markelov and Baburova by the age of 18, spoke in court. She directly stated that Bourne was supervised by the presidential administration .
