Consideration of the complaint of the first four arrested participants in the march of Boris Nemtsov began in the Moscow City Court on March 5 at about 14:45. The first in the meeting room on the third floor was introduced by a student of Baumanka, a participant in the Narodnaya Volya movement Danil Krapivenko. A tall and large shaving -headed young man walked around the hall in the dedicated sneakers, accompanied by two police officers. Judge Vladimir Stavich recalled that on Monday the Tver court sent Krapivenko for 13 days to a special receiver, finding him guilty of disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The defense of the young man challenged this decision by introducing three witnesses, documents and video recording of the participants in the “people's will” when forming columns at the procession. The judge did not object. We watched the video right on the judicial laptop, so we could only guess about what was happening on the screen. “For bread and freedom for our people,” said one of the defenders, pointing a finger at the screen, “and this image is not forbidden.” Apparently, the Celtic cross was meant, which is used as the symbols of the "Narodnibts".

The first to interrogate the chairman of the Moscow branch of the “Party of Progress” Nikolai Lyaskin, he was engaged in coordinating the work of the police and the organizers of the procession. “We agreed with the police on a joint inspection of attributes. It was insanely inconvenient, I had to let people through a separate framework, but there was no forbidden symbolism at the event. There were no complaints about the flags of the “people's will”, ”he said. When Lyaskin was informed about the detention of a group of young people, he immediately began to find out the reasons from the police authorities, but did not receive a clear answer, the witness said.

“For which people were still detained, I am still incomprehensible. After the detention, the police said that she would figure it out in the department. As you can see, they figured it out, ”the opposition sighed and pointed with his hand to Krapivenko. At the end of the speech, he suggested that the "Narodnoyes" were detained at the direction of the operatives of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Ilya Mishchenko confirmed Lyaskin’s words about a special search for attributes. It was he, at the request of the organizers of the procession, he shot video from the framework in case of conflict situations between the participants in the procession and the police. Like Lyaskin, he did not notice that the police were unhappy with the attributes of the "people's will."

The only witness of the detention itself was Christina Mironova. She assured the court that the “Narodnaya Volya” slogans did not scream in the column, they did not suit the provocations and did not use symbolism prohibited for public demonstration.

“Krapivenko of the police did not resist. The column walked silently. I saw only the black flags of the organization. The police did not make comments, ”the witness showed. From himself, Krapivenko complained about the conditions of detention in a special -reception - he is a vegetarian. “I have an exacerbation of gastritis, but I can’t eat food in a special -reception,” the arrested said. Witnesses and arguments of the defense did not convince the court and the punishment for the "people's volume" was left unchanged. The next in the hall was introduced by Fedor Lakshin, who received 8 days on March 2. A thin long-haired young man with a beard in the “people's will” never held, they detained him an hour earlier at the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge because of a scarf, with which a cold young man covered his face from time to time.

The defender Lakshin first asked to introduce documents about the state of health to his case. While the judge studied copies of certificates, the mother of the arrested appeared from the place. “Oncolority since 1998, now in remission. He has a weak immunity and the conclusion undermines him. It is necessary to eat tablets according to the schedule, ”the woman wailed. She Putano told the judge about radiation, chemotherapy and hormones that her son was forced to accept literally by the hour, but there was no word of her word - she was present in the hall as an ordinary listener.

Witnesses defended the same - Lyaskina, Mishchenko and Mironov. Lakshin also asked to interrogate the fourth witness - his friend with whom he came to a mourning procession. “I was at an event with my friend Ruslan Voronov. We walked separately, the slogans did not shout, did not get into the columns, ”Lakshin told the court.

Ruslan Voronov himself also got to the police on March 1, and then, by the decision of the Tver court, for 15 days in a special receiver. This is precisely the basis for the court not to call Voronov to testify. Due to the features of the administrative production of Lyaskin, Mishchenko and Mironova, he had to re-submit to the same judge and repeat the testimony. It turned out that Lakshin did not have attributes, during the detention of a column of “people's volumes” no one saw him and, along with other detainees that day, he did not pass nearby.

“The police wrote that you wore a mask, nationalist slogans shouted. Do you specify you or what? " - the judge was surprised. “We walked separately and didn’t shout anything,” Lakshin repeated. Having clarified that the arrested did not have a disability, the judge did not cancel the decision of the previous instance and change the punishment of the cancer patient.

“What are you doing?! The guy with oncology! He's not at all in business! " - Lyaskin could not stand it.

The court upheld the punishment of the People's Volunteer Anton Belichenko, who received 15 days. Ruslan Voronova, who tried to prove the same fate, also suffered the same fate, who could not prove that he could not go with the “people” in the same column, because he was in a hurry with Lakshin to get to the Big Moskvoretsky bridge as soon as possible.
