On March 5, it was announced in Ukraine during the day of mourning for those who died in the explosion of methane at the Zasyadko mine in Donetsk.
The explosion occurred early in the morning of March 4 at a depth of 1.2 kilometers. According to the Donetsk Regional State Administration, by the morning of Thursday it is known about 33 dead. More than 20 people are in hospitals.
The Zasyadko mine is considered one of the most dangerous coaling enterprises in the country. From 1999 to 2015, seven major accidents occurred on it, in which at least 470 people died. Show more To curtail
